For this occasion, the Profil agency is recruiting 1,500 talented people to welcome, accompany and guide spectators, guests, partners and official delegations. You will be assigned according to your skills, availability and preferences, after receiving training from us. Each job is essential to ensuring a smooth, friendly and professional experience for all visitors.
Who can apply ?
We're looking for motivated, dynamic and reliable people who are ready to make a commitment to bringing this unique event to life alongside our teams. To join the adventure, you must :
- Be at least 18 years old by 1 January 2026
- Speak Italian and English (a 3rd language is a plus)
- Be available for at least 15 consecutive days between January and the end of February 2026
- Excellent interpersonal skills, rigour and dynamism
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or events management is appreciated but not compulsory
