PROFIL INTERNATIONAL – 6 month contract for high-profile, international event M/W

LOCATION

Osaka – applicants must be local to Osaka or be willing/able to provide their own transport/accommodation for the duration of the event.

• Key Responsibilities :
  • Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the event.
  • Provide information on event activities, schedules, and locations.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues or escalate them to supervisors when necessary.
  • Assist with crowd control and ensure smooth guest flow in designated areas.
  • Support event logistics, including managing access points and directing guests.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and other event staff to maintain a high standard of service.

• Requirements :

  • Previous experience in hospitality, events, or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with international guests
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, for the duration of the event.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physically active tasks.
  • Must be local to Osaka or able to arrange personal accommodation and transport for the event duration
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese
