The TikTok Live Fest 2025

The TikTok social network brought together the world's top 500 creators in London from 12 to 18 January 2025.

For five weeks, our team of Delegate Managers oversaw the logistical organisation (booking transport, accommodation, administrative management of creators' travel). This work was carried out firstly remotely, then secondly on site in London for the rest of the organisation of the trip.

This festival takes place every year in a different city, so we'll be seeing you next year for a new edition.
